The decades-long transformation of the landscape, from open-cast mining to lakes, can be experienced on the 191-kilometre Seenland Route. The long-distance cycle route passes 16 lakes.
The Lower Lusatia Mining Route is a journey of discovery through more than 150 years of lignite mining history.
One route, two rivers and three countries – the Oder-Neisse Cycle Route runs for 474 kilometres along the border between Germany and Poland, past open countryside, historical old towns and idyllic villages.
Beautiful parks, industrial landscapes, impressive monuments to the region’s industrial heritage and the enchanting Spree Forest all feature on the Prince Pückler Cycle Route.
This tour along the Spree, which also cuts through the Lusatian Lakeland for about 62km, has natural beauty and cultural attractions in abundance.
